The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 108 of 2020, G.R. No. 962 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 353, 427, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the accused persons had dismantled the barricade, which was erected for preventing the illegal transportation of sand.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent. He is a person of clean antecedent and other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail. Considering the above-mentioned facts and

Case No. 108 of 2020, G.R. No. 962 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
