ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2019 The matter has been placed again in Chambers today though the parties are intermediated actively yesterday i.e., on 27.11.2019. It further appears after much interaction that though the opposite party is willing to go with the petitioner and cooperate to the utmost, the petitioner is wholly recalcitrant and is adopting an attitude which is not conducive to family life. It is further apparent from the conduct of the parties that there is no scope for re-conciliation between the parties and the petitioner has made a false submission before this Court that he is willing and ready to keep his wife with all honour and dignity.

Such being the situation, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further with the matter.

The prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
