The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is under Sections 406, 420 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The parties have entered into the compromise as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners.
