Petitioner apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the father in law of the deceased and there is allegation that he along with other accused persons subjected the deceased to cruelty and harassment in connection with demand of dowry and finally killed her.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the husband of the deceased is in custody. Petitioner lives separately as such he is no way concerned with the affairs of the deceased and her husband. Nothing incriminating has come against the

Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail submitting that the petitioner and his family members killed the daughter of the informant.

Considering the facts of the case, let the Provisional bail dated 28.8.2019 granted to the petitioner be confirmed with the conditions mentioned in the said order.
