The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 179/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411, 413, 414 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code. On secret information, the informant arrested Kumar Sanu @ Chhotu and Md. Dilshad with stolen motorcycle. They disclosed the name of the petitioner and other accused persons. Similarly situated co-accused Md. Jafar, Md. Sonu and Md. Wali have already been granted anticipatory bail. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
