Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for issuance of direction upon the respondents for mutation of the name of the petitioner for the land in question pertaining to Khata No. 142, Plot Nos. 559, 609, 612, 613, 1173, 1094, 1101, 1167, 885, 886, 804, 870, 871, 892, 893, 927, 928, 929, 1008, 1095, 1103, 1137, 1138 and 1163 of the total land area of 1-8-12-0 (One bigha eight kathas twelve dhurs) situated under the area at Revenue Thana No. 176 at Halka at Dhanauti.

3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14861 of 2022(4) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation annexing all the relevant documents in support of his claim before the concerned authority i.e. Respondent No. 3 (Circle Officer at Block Siwan Sadar, District- Siwan, Bihar) within a period of four weeks' from today.

4. If the petitioner files the representation along with all the relevant documents within the aforesaid period, then the Respondent No. 3 is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in accordance with law, and pass a necessary order after hearing all the concerned parties within a period of four months thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
