JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that in Title Cause of the order dated the father's name of petitioner has wrongly been typed as late Sothvi Gaon in place of Late Sonelal Mahto and similarly, in last paragraph of order dated 11.07.2017 the date of representation has wrongly been typed as 12.09.2016 in place of 18.06.2015.

In view of the aforesaid submission, father's name of petitioner in the order dated 11.07.2017 Title Cause of this petition be read as Sonalal Mahto and his village be read as Sothvi Gaon, P.S- Harlakhi, Dist- Madhubani and in last paragraph of the order dated 11.07.2017 in place of 12.09.2016 it be read as 18.06.2015. In the aforesaid manner the order dated 11.07. 2017 stands modified to the above stated extent.
