JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 12-07-2017 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9542 of 2017 by which the petitioner was directed to surrender before the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Complaint Case No.465 of 2014 within a period of four weeks from the date of order.

It has been submitted that due to certain reasons the petitioner could not surrender within the aforesaid time. Prayer has been made to extend the period by further four weeks. In view of such, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Complaint Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31848 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 No.465 of 2014 in terms of the order dated 03.05.2017. This modification application is, accordingly, allowed.
