2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Chandauti P.S. Case No. 378 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-115(2), 126(2), 127(2), 109, 119(1), 303(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of BNS.
3. Allegedly, while the informant alongwith his Bhagina went to purchase articles from the market, the accused persons stopped them and demanded ransom amount of Rs. 50,000/-. On protest, co-accused Deepu Kumar assaulted him with iron rod on his head, as a result of which, he sustained head injury and in that occurrence, the Bhagina of the informant was also
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56611 of 2025(5) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 assaulted.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedent and the injuries are simple in nature.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 378 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
