10-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 31, learned counsel for respondent no. 5 & respondent no. 6 and Sri Gyan Shankar, learned counsel for the respondent/Bihar School Examination Board.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that major grievance raised in the present writ petition has already been redressed during the pendency of the writ petition. However, he raises some dispute with the Governing Body of the college in question.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3687 of 2011 (7) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 Keeping in view the fact that Governing Body of the College in question is not a State within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India, it would be difficult to pass any positive direction and as such, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
