Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 337, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that this petitioner stopped vehicle of the informant and asked him to withdraw the case filed earlier, thereafter wife of the petitioner brought Farsa from the house and handed over to the petitioner when this petitioner assaulted with Farsa on the head of the informant and also assaulted with the butt of the pistol. When the informant tried to escape, the petitioner threw bottle on the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that at earlier point of time the wife of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37980 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 filed Complaint Case No. 1377C of 2013 against the informant and the injury has been found to be simple in nature. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 344 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
