The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners and others came and abused the mother of the informant when father of the informant made protest then the accused persons started assaulting the informant, when younger brother of the informant came to rescue he was also assaulted. One injury each on the informant and his brother has been found to be grievous. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37328 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 that accusation is omnibus and general and statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Deo P.S. Case No.13 of 2015, pending before the learned CJM, Aurangabad. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
