The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bariarpur P.S.Case No. 171 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 324, 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a,26 and 27 of the Arms Act.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not named in the first information report. Later on, his name transpired after much delay by the witnesses during the course of investigation and that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner.

The learned APP has not controverted the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Having heard learned counsel for both sides and in view of the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired after much delay and no specific allegation has been attributed against him, let the petitioner, Nepali Mandal, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Bariarpur P.S.Case No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44134 of 2016 (4) dt.25-01-2017 3/3 cancelled and he will not take any step to tamper with the evidence of the case.
