JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For issuance of appropriate writ (s) /order(s)/ direction (s) commanding the respondent to revise the pay scale of the petitioner in pursuance of recommendation of the 6th Pay Revision Committee and pay the arrears of difference of salary with effects from 01.04.2007 to 31.07.2008 i.e. the date of petitioner's superannuation.
(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ(s), directing the respondents to revise and fix the pension of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16236 of 2014(2) dt.20-07-2023 2/3 petitioners in light of the revised pay scale in pursuance of 6th pay revision committee and pay the arrears of difference of pension to the petitioner from the date of her superannuation to the present day.
(iii) for issuance of an appropriate writ, directing the respondents to revised pay scale of the petitioner in pursuance of 6th Pay Revision Committee and pay the difference of leave encashment, difference of gratuity and difference of commutation of pension to the petitioner.
(iv) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing the respondent to pay the statutory as well as penal interest over the dues for the delayed payment. (v) For issuance of and appropriate writ directing the respondents to pay the compensation and cost to the petitioner through the litigation."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondentState has submitted that the grievances of the petitioner has already stood redressed, during the interregnum period and she is being paid revised pension.
The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he is not aware about the latest position, inasmuch as he is not in contact with the petitioner, hence the present writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to agitate her subsisting grievances, if any in accordance with law.
Patna High Court CWJC No.16236 of 2014(2) dt.20-07-2023 3/3 Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
