Considering the nature of allegation as well as conduct of the accused as the driver is still evading his presence, for the present I do not see any cogent reason to release the petitioners on bail.

Consequent thereupon, prayer for bail is rejected. After appearance of driver as well as framing of charge petitioner may renew their prayer for bail.
