The issue which is involved in the present case has been dealt in the case of Dhananjay Kumar Mishra & Ors. Vs. The Bihar Staff Selection Commission & Ors. reported in 2013(4) PLJR 169 which has been approved by the Division Bench in the case of Kumud Kumar & Ors. Vs. The Bihar Staff Selection Commission & Ors. reported in 2015(3)PLJR 693.
Accordingly, this case is also disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in the case of Dhananjay Kumar Mishra (supra) and whatever benefit has been extended to the petitioners of the aforesaid case will also be extended to the petitioners of this case.
