The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Andar P.S. Case No.97 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the orchard.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68416 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Andar P.S. Case No.97 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
