This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Khodaganj PS Case No. 24 of 2014, disclosing offences under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 337 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and who is named in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail. This application is rejected.
