The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Falka (Pothia) P.S.Case No.23 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 504/34 of the IPC. It has been submitted on behalf that the petitioners and informant are agnate, residing at the same place and a land dispute is going on since last several years. Petitioner nos.1 and 2 are sons of petitioner no.3. The allegation of assault is omnibus against these petitioners. The specific allegation of assault by farsa is against co-accused Gujai Mandal who is not petitioner before this Court. The injury report annexed of this application shows that the informant and other injured sustained simple injury. In view of the aforesaid facts, prayer of anticipatory bail

Let the above named petitioners be released in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Falka (Pothia) P.S.Case No.23 of 2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-V, Katihar subject to the conditions as laid under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
