Danish @ Danish, in connection with Forbesganj Police Station Case No. 225 of 2013, under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the above application and materials on record.

Heard Mr. Ramesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and Mr. Arun Kumar Pandey, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State.

Considering the nature of incriminating materials available against the accused above-named and the stage of investigation, this Court is of the view that at this stage, the accused above-named cannot be allowed to

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
