For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the Gyapank No.

1282 dated 01.10.2021 whereby and whereunder the contract of the petitioner for the post of Safai Jamadar has not been extended and cancelled the contract with retrospective effect i.e. dated 01.04.2018.

II. For a direction to the Respondent Authorities to continue the petitioner on the post of Safai Jamadar as his contract has been cancelled retrospectively which is not permitted in law and also without following the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13651 of 2023(2) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 principle of natural justice."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
