JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for a direction upon the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in seniority list published by Staff Selection Commission, Bihar, Patna, which has not been done by the respondent no. 4 despite fact that the petitioner has submitted his application pursuance to Advertisement No. SSC-210/10 within the period prescribed for it.

The petitioner is directed to file a representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.16313 of 2012 (2) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 before the respondent no. 3, the Director, Primary Education, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of sixty days from the date of the order for redressal of his grievance. The said representation of the petitioner shall be disposed of within a period of five months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
