JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 The petitioner has filed this writ petition for directing the respondents to pass necessary orders in respect of granting him the freedom fighter pension in view of order dated 9.7.2014, passed in MJC no. 4555 of 2013. Said MJC had been filed for compliance of order dated 26.7.2012, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 2130 of 2007.
Counsel appearing for Union of India refers to order dated 14.2.2013, contained in Annexure A to the counter affidavit by which petitioner's case has already been considered and rejected. He raises preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition as the petitioner has not challenged order dated 14.2.2013.
In view of respondents' submission, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge order dated 14.2.2013, if so advised.
