The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Adapur (Nakardai) P.S. Case No. 205/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant Jai Bilas Yadav named the petitioners along with other accused persons and Rajesh Prasad Chaurasiya petitioner no. 3, Ramdayal Bhagat petitioner no. 2 are alleged to have assaulted Kabilash Yadav and Rambilas Yadav with iron rod. Bishambhar Chaurasiya petitioner no. 1 and Ramdayal Bhagat petitioner no. 2 are alleged to have snatched Rs. 60,000/- from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17378 of 2017 (3) dt.05-07-2017 2/2 pocket of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Kabilash Yadav and Rambilas Yadav did not get any injury. There is counter version and the allegation of snatching money is ornamental.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 205/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
