This order has been passed irrespective of the stand emerging in the counter affidavit contrary to any claim being maintained through the present writ application. If the petitioner approaches the Director, an early resolution of the doubt of the petitioner with regard to his claim will be made preferably within a month of petitioner approaching the Director, Provident Fund.
