The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.97 of 2018 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner though mortgaged property without sanction of the bank from which he had obtained loan as also the statement made in paragraph-3 of the application from which it would transpire that he is accused in at least six other cases of identical nature, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56940 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 bail to the petitioner is rejected.
