Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 325, 379 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of commission of abuse and assault against this petitioner and other accused persons. No specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts of the case and nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
