The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 280 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the allegation to inflict assault is only on co-accused Kapildeo Yadav. The petitioner no. 1 is wife and petitioner no. 2 is daughter of Kapildeo Yadav respectively. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case and the petitioners are ladies of clean antecedents.
