1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that while he was coming to Jehanabad from Patna, when he was intercepted by the accused persons along with 4-5 unknown accused and petitioner assaulted him by butt of his arm on head causing injury while Vijay assaulted his brother Navin by an iron rod causing fracture of hand and repeated the blow causing fracture of his another hand and Vijay also
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58947 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/3 snatched his chain worth Rs.50,000/-.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from the side of the petitioner, Jehanabad P. S. Case No.496 of 2025 has been instituted by the mother of the petitioner against the informant and his side. It is also submitted that an altercation had taken place in which both sides had assaulted each other and from perusal of the Annexure-3 to the anticipatory bail application, it would manifest that the parties have compromised and compromise petition has been filed in the Court of the learned C.J.M., Jehanabad on 07.07.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P. S. Case No.495 of 2025,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58947 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 3/3 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The application stands allowed.
