Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 325, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that on suspicion that the daughter of the petitioner was kidnapped by the informant and his family members, accused persons entered into the house of the informant, confined him in the house and on the order of this petitioner and others assaulted the father of the informant, who died on the spot.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is 75 years old person and he is suffering from several ailment, hence he has been opining of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37232 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 order giver as usual and the petitioner side lodged complaint No. 601 of 2015 levelling accusation under Sections 364, 376, 323, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code against the informant and the daughter of the informant was kidnapped, then the present case has been lodged.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
