JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing for the informant.

Petitioner entered into an agreement with the informant and took some advance for selling his land but subsequently, he sold the land to other person and also, refused to return the advance money, taken by him. The informant filed complaint case, which was converted into K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 354 of 2015 and it appears that the aforesaid case was compromised and in pursuance to the compromise, the petitioner issued cheque to the informant but the aforesaid cheque got bounced, when presented before the concerned bank. The petitioner is languishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37854 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 in jail custody since 29-06-2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/_ (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 354 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
