Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other accused persons came to the door of the informant and started abusing. On protest being made, on the order of this petitioner, co-accused Birju Pandit dragged on the road and made assault with lathi. It is further alleged that petitioner and others also assaulted the informant. Co-accused Shanti Devi took away silver hasuli from the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of land dispute accusation has been levelled. Specific accusation has not been levelled
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36558 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 against the petitioner. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri.
With the above observation this application is disposed of.
