Patna High Court CWJC No.16725 of 2016(3) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 Counsel for the respondent State submits that adequate, efficacious and alternative remedy is available to the petitioners in respect of the grievances raised regarding appointment of teachers before the State Appellate Authority. Counsel for the petitioners submits that they would approach the Appellate Authority.

In view of the aforesaid submission the writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the appellate authority.

Needless to say that it will be open to the petitioners to raise the issue of pendency of this proceedings before thyis Court to meet the difficulty of limitation before the appellate authority.
