JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-09-2018 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 75/2013, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.06.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5694 of 2014 and now after four years, the petitioner has again moved for anticipatory bail by stating that the petitioner is a student. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order.

Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
