The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 499 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of seizure list, it is evident that the recovery has been made from Phool Chand Shahni. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68809 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 499 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
