Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Simari P.S. Case No. 165 of 2016 registered under Sections341, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled are false and concocted. As a matter of fact, prior to lodging of the present case father of the petitioner had lodged a case against father of the informant in regard to return to money which he had given to the father of the informant. The present case has been lodged in retaliation only to harass the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.33402 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Simari P.S. Case No. 165 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
