2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to show cause as to why the construction of Road is being made under the scheme of "The Chief Minister Area Development" on the the raiyati land

Patna High Court CWJC No.13866 of 2023(2) dt.21-12-2023 2/2 of the petitioners and also to remove the construction of road on the private land of the petitioners or pay compensation after acquiring the land in question .

3 . After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ application to file a fresh representation before the respondent No. 3 The Collector Cum-District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua .

In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners that they shall file a fresh representation before the respondent No. 3 (The Collector Cum-District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua), within a period of six weeks from today. 5 . In the event, such representation is filed before the respondent No. 3 (The Collector Cum-District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua), the same shall be dispose of in accordance with law after hearing all the parties preferably within a further period of six months from the date of receipt/filing of the representation .
