The issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra. The apex Court has occasion to decide the issue in Krishna Kumar Singh & Anr. Vs. State of Bihar &

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sanskrit Shiksha Board to take appropriate decision in accordance with the principle laid down by the Apex Court in Krishana Kumar Singh (Supra) at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
