The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 308, 504 and 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners abused the informant, when protest was made then petitioner no.1, Jahajoo assaulted on the back of the informant with iron rod, when her son came to rescue, petitioner no.2 Rakima Khatoon assaulted on his head with bamboo. It is further alleged when husband of the informant came to rescue he was assaulted by petitioner no.1 on his shoulder and head with iron rod.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36344 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. As the impugned order reflects grievous injury received by the informant's side, let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.210 of 2013, pending before the learned ACJM, Sitamarhi.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
