2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 160/2025 dated 09.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 137(2), 140(1) read with section 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant along with his son were going to his shop in the meantime, the petitioner and the other unknown miscreants came in a car and assaulted and forcibly took his son in the said car and kidnapped him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioners has sprung up in the confessional statement of the co-accused Ravi Kumar. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The informant's son has already been recovered and he has not stated anything against the petitioners in his statement recorded u/ss 180 as well as 183 of the BNSS. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 10.04.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Lakhisarai in connection withLakhisarai P.S. Case No. 160/2025 , with the condition/s:- (i). The petitioners are directed to remain physically
