2. By order dated 27.02.2025, this Court had directed the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur to file a supplementary counter-affidavit personally sworn by him. Thereafter, the supplementary counter-affidavit personally sworn by District Magistrate, Bhagalpur has been filed. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in view of the statements made by District Magistrate, Bhagalpur in the supplementary counter-affidavit, the petitioners do not wish to pursue with the present case and prays that the present case be disposed of accordingly.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the Proposed
Patna High Court CWJC No.16831 of 2014(12) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 Intervenors submits that the statements made in the supplementary counter-affidavit filed by the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur is not correct and is hurting their interest and in this regard the Proposed Intervenors have already filed an objection before the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of as the petitioners in light of the statements made in the supplementary counter-affidavit filed by District Magistrate, Bhagalpur do not wish to further pursue with the present writ application. However, the Proposed Intervenors who claim to be aggrieved by the Report dated 29.03.2025 which is enclosed with the supplementary counter-affidavit, they may challenge the same if they so desire.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
6. All pending Interlocutory Applications, if any shall stand disposed of.
