The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2019 in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 169/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/307/147/148/ 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties with injuries on both sides. It is further submitted that so far as the present petitioner is concerned, his role is of order giver and he is not said to have attacked anybody. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an old army person and is a handicapped and, therefore, there is no chance of absconding or tampering with the evidence. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there is case and counter case between the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 169/2019.
