Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that one Mahindra vehicle was intercepted, when fake registration certificate was produced and the numbers of the engine and chassis of the vehicle did not tally with the registration certificate. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vehicle in question is not registered in the name of the petitioner and only on confessional statement of coaccused the name of the petitioner has been transpired. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36546 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani.
