The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bisfi (Aunshi) P.S. Case No.261 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/354/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner allegedly caused injury with farsa at the head of Budhan Sahani. The doctor has found injury at the head of Budhan Sahani.

Submission is that there is case and counter case. There is no allegation of repetition of blow. Considering the fact that the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48932 of 2018 (3) dt.31-10-2018 P2/ grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
