Present application is for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2. One of the grounds is that the applicant is being threatened not to depose in the case. Mr. Yadav submits on the basis of the certified copy of the deposition that the informant (petitioner herein) has already deposed in the case. As many as three witnesses have been examined. No threatening ever was given to the petitioner and other witnesses. In the considered view of the Court, no case for
