Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 354 (A), 354 (B)/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 67, 67(A), 66(E) of the I.T. Act, 2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that vide order dated 05.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 23229of 2022, the bail petition of the petitioners was rejected with liberty that they may

From annexure - 3 of the present petition it transpires that charge against the petitioners has been framed. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub. Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-on-Son, Rohtas in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
