In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Thakurganj (Jia Pokhar) P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that she developed illicit relation with the husband of the victim lady and created such situation with connivance of the husband of the victim lady. The victim lady was compelled to consume the poison and also administered the poison to her three children, all of four died. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew her prayer for bail after one year of jail-custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
