The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of causing injury by knife on the abdomen of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that lacerated injury of pea size has been found on abdomen of the informant caused by hard and blunt substance. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the accusation is not corroborated with the medical opinion, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36556 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
