JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 46 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 307/34 and 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that daughter of the informant was married with Pappu Mahto about two years back. The informant learnt that on 2.3.2017 she has been burnt to death by her husband and other family members.

Case diary has been received.

Learned counsel for the informant has pointed out further statement of the informant made available in paragraph-6 of the case diary and also another Fardbeyan given by the informant on 4.3.2017 in PMCH in paragraph-23 of the case diary after death of his daughter. The informant has in his further statement made in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41557 of 2017 (4) dt.13-10-2017 2/2 paragraph-23 of the case diary levelled specific allegation against the petitioners of burning the daughter of the informant by match-stick after co-accused Pappu Mahto poured kerosene oil on her body. The doctor has stated in post mortem report the cause of death burn injury. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.
