2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"For issuance of an appropriate writ/order or direction(s) for directing and commanding the Respondent authorities namely Additional Collector (Respondent No.2) to disposed off the petition filed by petitioner on 10.2.2023 as contained in Annexure-4 to the writ application on the ground that the so-called

Patna High Court CWJC No.12956 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2026 2/3 document filed by the Respondent No.6 was duly verified and enquired by the Anchal Adhikari, Turkauliya and the Report submitted by Respondent No.4 before the Respondent No.2, pointing out of the fact that the so called document Respondent No.6, Abhinandan Kumar since to be suspicious and doubtful.

ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order or direction(s) for directing and commanding the Respondent authorities to verify the documents of Respondent No.6 and if the same is found to be suspicious/doubtful created a forged document and proper action in the law may be taken against him on the ground that grievance title on the basis of forged document iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order or direction(s) for directing and commanding the Respondent authorities to verify the all documents if necessary all documents prevent the forgery in this matter.

iv) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for."
